Agicap partners with Chargebee to streamline global subscription billing

Agicap, a global leader in corporate cash management, has chosen Chargebee to modernise its billing operations. The move comes as the company scales its subscription-based services across Europe and the US. Chargebee's platform will help Agicap manage recurring revenue more efficiently as it grows. Agicap serves over 8,000 customers in more than 10 European countries and the US. Its software supports cash and treasury management through annual subscriptions, with clients often expanding their usage over time. To handle this growth, the company needed a more robust billing system.

Chargebee, a leading billing and monetisation platform, was selected for its ability to automate recurring payments and support complex pricing models. The platform will centralise Agicap's contracts, invoicing, renewals, and revenue workflows in one system. This shift reflects a wider trend among late-stage SaaS and fintech firms adopting audit-ready solutions to scale efficiently.

Sebastien Beyet, Agicap's co-founder and CEO, highlighted the importance of control and auditability in the company's next growth phase. Chargebee's tools will ensure compliance and streamline operations as Agicap expands internationally. Jeff Sant, Chargebee's Chief Operating Officer, also expressed pride in supporting Agicap's ambitions.

The partnership follows Agicap's recent €150M funding round, aimed at accelerating product innovation and global expansion. Chargebee is already trusted by major brands like Zapier, Freshworks, and Pret a Manger, reinforcing its reputation in the market. Agicap's adoption of Chargebee will strengthen its ability to manage subscriptions across multiple regions. The automated system is designed to handle modular pricing and high-volume transactions, ensuring smoother operations. With this upgrade, the company is better positioned to support its growing customer base and international reach.
