WVG bus route changes start 22 June—here's what you need to know

Several WVG bus routes will change from 22 June 2026. The diversions will last until around 30 October 2026. Passengers on affected lines should expect altered stops and possible timetable adjustments. From 22 June, lines 202, 222, 262, and school services on line 218 will bypass 'Barnstorfer Weg' and 'Am Stemmelteich'. Buses will instead use a temporary route via 'Burgwall' and 'Im Holze'.

Line 222 will also skip the 'Rabenbergstraße' stop during this period. Some departure times at the remaining stops may differ from the usual schedule. The changes will remain in place for nearly four months. Passengers should check updated timetables and plan their journeys accordingly. The diversions aim to maintain services while construction or roadworks take place.
