Penguin Solutions earns NVIDIA's elite AI factory partner status after decade-long collaboration
Penguin Solutions, Inc. (PENG) has joined a select group within NVIDIA’s Partner Network. The company earned specialised AI factory credentials, recognising its expertise in large-scale computing. Its stock saw early gains before ending the day slightly lower. Penguin’s long-standing partnership with NVIDIA dates back over a decade. Together, they have focused on GPU-based infrastructure and large-scale computing solutions. This collaboration recently extended to the Haein AI Factory project in South Korea, developed with SK Telecom.
The company’s platform supports massive AI projects by managing enterprise-scale computing infrastructure. It serves a diverse client base, including hyperscale operators, enterprise organisations, sovereign AI programmes, and niche cloud service providers. Penguin also assisted Deepgram in launching an inference platform for voice and language processing services.
On the trading day following the NVIDIA partnership announcement, PENG shares initially rose above $70. However, the stock closed at $67.07, a decline of 1.29%. Penguin now holds NVIDIA AI Factory Specialized Partner status. Its platform continues to enable complex AI deployments for a wide range of clients. The market reaction reflected early optimism followed by a modest drop in share value.
