Ukraine Deploys Robotic Demining Tech in Landmark Field Exercise

Ukrainian forces have showcased advanced demining technologies in a recent field exercise. The demonstration involved heavy robotic platforms and was observed by officials and international partners. The event highlighted new methods for mine clearance in active conflict zones. The 47th Separate Engineering Brigade carried out the exercise at the Ukrainian Training Testing Complex. Specialised equipment, including the ScanJack 3500 heavy demining vehicle and the GCS-200 unmanned remote-controlled platform, was deployed under the supervision of professional engineering units.

Ukrainian military specialists successfully incorporated high-tech robotic systems into their demining operations. These technologies are now being integrated into standard defensive and structural security frameworks to support reclamation efforts.

European defence manufacturer KNDS cooperated with Ukrainian Unmanned Technologies on unmanned ground vehicles. KNDS France announced plans to collaborate with UUT on the industrial production of ground drones for European armies. The field exercise served as a key evaluation platform for emerging mine clearance techniques. The demonstrated systems are expected to enhance the safety and efficiency of demining operations. Ukrainian and international partners continue to assess the potential of these innovations for broader military applications.
