Russia and China strengthen air travel with new flight routes in 2024

New flight routes are expanding connections between Russia and China. Yakutia airline will soon offer charter services to the popular resort destination of Cinhuandao in Hebei Province. Meanwhile, a Chinese carrier is also introducing a fresh domestic route. Chengdu Airlines, based in Sichuan Province, is launching flights to Chanchun. The city lies in northeast China and serves as a key industrial hub. It hosts the headquarters and primary factories of the FAW automobile concern.

The new route will operate twice weekly. Passengers will travel on the Comac ARJ21, a regional aircraft manufactured in China.

Separately, Vladivostok already provides flights to ten Chinese cities. These include major destinations like Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. The new services will add more travel options for passengers. Yakutia’s charter flights to Cinhuandao will start soon. Chengdu Airlines’ route to Chanchun is set to begin with twice-weekly operations.
