Vostochny Port Foundation transforms Vladivostok with June charity initiatives

The Vostochny Port Foundation for Social and Environmental Initiatives completed over a dozen charitable acts in June. Activities ranged from educational support to community cleanups and public celebrations. On Children’s Day, the foundation visited the Center for Family Placement. Staff handed out gifts to every child at the facility.

Two new entertainment zones opened in Vladivostok city squares on June 1. Performances and workshops were held for visitors of all ages.

The 13th annual awards ceremony took place for outstanding students. Nearly 30 pupils received the Viktor Vasyanovich Scholarship in recognition of their achievements.

Renovations in Zhelelev Square wrapped up with new benches, trash bins, and lighting installed. A public celebration followed, offering free ice cream to attendees.

Ahead of Ecologist’s Day, a large-scale cleanup was organised at Prikumsk Beach. Staff, volunteers, and local residents joined the effort.

For Medical Workers’ Day, the foundation donated six new medical storage cabinets. These were delivered to the Eastern Hospital of the Far Eastern Regional Medical Center. The foundation’s June initiatives covered education, healthcare, and community engagement. Each project delivered tangible benefits to local residents and institutions. All activities were completed as planned.
