TBC Uzbekistan to Lead Digital Finance Talks at Tashkent Investment Forum

TBC Uzbekistan has announced its participation in the Tashkent International Investment Forum (TIIF) from 16 to 18 June 2023. The event is Uzbekistan’s flagship international economic gathering, drawing government officials, businesses, and investors. TBC Group will join discussions on digital transformation, financial innovation, and the future of financial services in Central Asia. TIIF has grown in significance as Uzbekistan’s economy expands rapidly. The forum connects key players in the country’s development, offering a platform for high-level dialogue and collaboration.

TBC Uzbekistan, part of the London-listed TBC Bank Group, has been instrumental in shaping Central Asia’s leading digital financial ecosystem since 2020. As a partner of TIIF, the company will take part in multiple sessions, including an invitation-only business breakfast on 17 June. Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, CEO of TBC Bank Group, will attend to discuss artificial intelligence and Uzbekistan’s competitiveness.

On 18 June, Oliver Hughes, Chairman of TBC Uzbekistan, will join a fireside chat titled Growing at Scale: TBC Uzbekistan’s Next Chapter. The bank will also participate in the inaugural ESG Award Ceremony, highlighting its commitment to responsible growth and financial inclusion.
