Buses to Link Moscow with Black Sea Resorts Until Mid-September
A major tour operator has launched sales of bus tours to resorts in Russia's Krasnodar Region. A week-long trip for two in June to a two-star hotel in Anapa—including round-trip transport, accommodation, and all-inclusive meals—starts at 67,000 rubles, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) reported on April 20.
The Multitur travel company has announced the start of bus tour sales to Anapa and Gelendzhik for the 2026 summer season, with trips scheduled from June 11 to September 17. While buses depart only from Moscow, this year introduces a new option: passengers can now board along the route in Voronezh and Rostov-on-Don.
Travel time from Moscow to Anapa ranges from 20 to 24 hours, with Gelendzhik taking slightly longer. The bus does not provide hotel transfers; tourists must arrange their own transport to their accommodations.
ATOR noted that bus tours to the Black Sea are most popular for mid-range hotels. Demand for 2026 remains steady compared to last year, though the company expects sales to grow by 20–25%. The current booking window is about one month in advance.
Earlier reports indicated that Anapa has become a top destination for May holiday bookings.
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Saveliev previously announced that Anapa's beaches are set to reopen by June 1, 2026. According to him, over 90% of the fuel oil contamination has been removed, and the water is now safe for use. Tests by Rospotrebnadzor confirmed the effectiveness of replenishing the resort's beaches with fresh sand, with the agency recommending an additional layer of at least 50 centimeters.
