Eltropy promotes Kavitha Nalla to CFO after 441% revenue surge under her leadership

Eltropy has named Kavitha Nalla as its new Chief Financial Officer. The promotion follows her rapid rise within the company since joining in 2022. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded its workforce and revenue significantly. Nalla first arrived at Eltropy as Vice President of Finance. Within two years, she advanced to Senior Vice President of Finance and HR. Her previous roles include serving as CFO of PeopleShores and holding finance leadership positions at Hitachi Vantara and Sierra Atlantic.

During her time at Eltropy, the company’s revenue surged by 441%. The employee base also grew by 48%, reflecting the firm’s expansion. Alongside financial growth, Nalla oversaw three key acquisitions: Marsview, Popio, and Lexop.

Eltropy is now shifting its focus from conversation enablement to AI-driven execution. This change aims to accelerate the company’s growth further. CEO Ashish Garg highlighted Nalla’s contributions to financial planning and strategic development.

As CFO, Nalla will continue leading the finance and accounting teams. She will also retain oversight of human resources, ensuring alignment between financial and operational goals. Nalla’s appointment comes as Eltropy strengthens its leadership team. The company’s revenue and workforce have grown sharply under her guidance. Her expanded role will support Eltropy’s push into AI-powered solutions and future expansion.
