EOS Show 2026 Unveils Cutting-Edge Firearms and Outdoor Tech in Italy
The EOS Show 2026 has opened its doors in Italy, showcasing the latest in sporting firearms, hunting gear, and outdoor technology. This year's event features major product launches, live demonstrations, and a packed schedule of activities for enthusiasts and professionals alike. Beretta took centre stage with the A400 500 Years Special Edition shotgun. The model combines advanced technology, including the B-Link gas system and a Steelium barrel, with a finely engraved aerospace-grade aluminium receiver. Its design marks the company's half-millennium milestone.
Blaser also made headlines by introducing the R8 Professional 2.0 rifle. Priced from €3,790 in standard calibres, the weapon targets serious hunters and marksmen seeking precision and reliability. Sapio presented two key innovations: the TR-Dog Universe, a tracking system for hunting dogs, and the arrival of RIX Optics in Italy. The latter brand specialises in thermal imaging scopes and premium optical equipment, expanding the market's high-tech offerings. Meanwhile, Streamlight displayed the Wedge and Wedge SL flashlights, compact yet powerful tools built for everyday carry. Beyond product launches, the show hosted dog-handling demonstrations, expert-led conferences, and wild game cooking sessions. Attendees could explore a full programme of events alongside the latest apparel, optics, and firearms. Czech Small Arms added to the diversity with its SA VZ61P, a civilian version of the classic Skorpion. The pistol is available in 9×17mm, .22 LR, and 7.65mm Browning, catering to different shooting preferences.
The EOS Show 2026 has reinforced its position as Italy's leading trade fair for hunting and outdoor equipment. New releases from Beretta, Blaser, and Sapio highlight the industry's push toward innovation, while live events and demonstrations provide hands-on experiences for visitors. The show's mix of tradition and technology continues to draw global attention.
