HAVAG opens two new Customer Service Centres in February 2026

HAVAG is set to inaugurate two new Customer Service Centres in early 2026. The first will debut at Rolltreppe on Wednesday, February 4, followed by a second in Neustadt Centrum two weeks later. Both locations will commence operations at 11 a.m. on their respective opening days.

The Rolltreppe centre will greet customers from 11 a.m. on February 4. A second facility in Neustadt Centrum will then open on Tuesday, February 17, at the same time.

The phased start comes as staff conclude internal training sessions. These preparations have led to a slight delay in the original schedule. No further details about the centres' addresses or regular operating hours have been released.

For now, customers can still reach HAVAG through the usual phone line (581-56 66) or email ([email protected]). The company has not provided information on service availability during the training period.

Both centres will start serving the public in mid-February. The Rolltreppe location opens first, with Neustadt Centrum following later that month. Customers seeking assistance before then should continue using the existing contact options.
