Jazeera Airways has fully restored its Indian network under Project Vande Bharat, reconnecting Kuwait with eight major cities. The expansion comes as demand surges, particularly among the Indian expatriate community seeking to reunite with families or return to work.
Since March 20, the airline has already facilitated travel for over 1,300 passengers between Kuwait and India. The latest additions to the network include Ahmedabad and Thiruvananthapuram, improving access to key regions.
The airline's CEO, Barathan Pasupathi, called the restoration of the full Indian network a significant milestone. Passengers on these routes now enjoy streamlined check-in procedures and smoother transfers.
By March 2026, Jazeera Airways plans to expand further, adding four more Indian destinations: Kochi, Trivandrum, Mangalore, and Indore. This growth will increase capacity, especially during peak travel periods like Eid.
The airline currently operates flights to Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Kochi. These routes play a crucial role in maintaining essential travel links between Kuwait and India.
The expanded network provides greater flexibility and capacity for travellers. With more cities set to join in the coming months, Jazeera Airways continues to strengthen connections for the Indian expatriate community in Kuwait. The move supports both family reunions and economic mobility.
