Logitech appoints Yalcin Yilmaz as new Chief Commercial Officer in 2026
Logitech International has named Yalcin Yilmaz as its new Chief Commercial Officer, starting 1 April 2026. The appointment follows a long career at the company, where he has held senior roles across sales and marketing. Yilmaz will now lead Logitech's global commercial strategy, replacing Quin Liu after 16 years with the firm.
Yilmaz first joined Logitech 22 years ago as a Key Account Manager in Switzerland. Over time, he took on broader responsibilities, eventually becoming Vice President for Europe and Asia Pacific Developed. His leadership extended to launching major brand initiatives, including Logitech G Play and Logi Work.
The company has maintained its dominance in PC peripherals over the past five years, holding a 25–30% global market share in mice and keyboards. Despite a revenue dip in 2023, Logitech's sales grew from $5.5 billion in 2021 to $4.9 billion in 2025, outperforming competitors like Razer and Corsair. This success stems partly from expanding into video and web collaboration tools.
In his new role, Yilmaz will oversee global sales, marketing, and channel partnerships. He has emphasised a focus on innovation and collaboration with customers and partners to drive future growth.
Yilmaz takes charge at a time when Logitech remains a market leader in peripherals. His experience in brand development and regional leadership will shape the company's commercial direction. The transition follows Quin Liu's departure after more than a decade and a half with the business.
