Nizhny Novgorod Approves Underground Parking Garage in Sovetskiy District

A new semi-subterranean parking garage has received approval in Nizhny Novgorod. The city’s Architectural Council greenlit the design, paving the way for construction to begin in the Sovetskiy District. The parking facility will sit in Svetlogorsky Lane, near Gagarin Avenue. Its underground design aims to blend with the surrounding urban landscape while maximising space efficiency.

Standard Construction Company LLC, known locally as OOO 'SZ Standard', is overseeing the project. The firm will handle both planning and execution, ensuring the structure meets modern infrastructure standards.

With official approval now secured, the next phase involves breaking ground at the designated site. Once completed, the garage will provide additional parking capacity in a busy area of the city.
