Nizhny Novgorod opens public hotlines for metro and transport questions on April 2
Residents of Nizhny Novgorod will soon have the chance to ask questions about local transport services. On April 2, the city's Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure is hosting two public hotlines. Officials will be on hand to address concerns about metro operations and related services.
The first hotline runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During this time, specialists will answer queries about transport services managed by the Nizhny Novgorod Metro Municipal Enterprise. Residents can seek clarification on metro schedules, fares, or other operational details.
A second hotline extends until 5:00 PM. This session focuses on broader public transport services linked to the metro system. While the metro and high-speed trains like the Sapsan and Strizh are confirmed as part of the network, it remains unclear whether buses, trams, or trolleybuses fall under the same city administration.
The hotlines offer a direct way for locals to get information on metro and transport matters. Both sessions take place on April 2, with the first ending at 4:00 PM and the second at 5:00 PM. Residents can use the opportunity to resolve specific concerns about their daily commute.
