Nizhny Novgorod's Route E-11 extends evening service with new electric bus

Route E-11 in Nizhny Novgorod will run later from May 7, 2023. The change follows the addition of a new electric bus to the fleet. Passengers will now have more evening travel options on this line. The extension comes after a mid-size PAZ e-Citymax 9 electric bus joined the existing LiAZ electric fleet. This new model can carry up to 77 passengers at once.

From May 7, the last departure from Proletarskaya metro station will shift from 5:26 p.m. to 6:02 p.m. Similarly, the final trip from Plotnikova Street will leave at 6:24 p.m. instead of 5:48 p.m.

The updated schedule gives commuters an extra 36 minutes of service in the evening. The new electric bus is expected to help maintain reliable operations on the extended timetable.
