Omsk announces 155 emergency road repairs across the city for May 2026

Omsk has released its schedule for emergency road repairs in May 2026. The list, obtained by SuperOmsk, covers 155 roads and turning areas across the city. Officials aim to address potholes, cracks, and uneven surfaces on key routes and smaller streets alike.

The plan was prepared by the city’s Road Infrastructure and Amenities Department. It targets a wide range of locations, from major thoroughfares to access roads for garden associations and remote settlements. Among the highlighted areas are Krasnoarsky Tract, Siberian and Korolev Prospects, and streets such as Khimikov, Dmitrieva, Vatutin, and Barnaulskaya.

The repairs will also cover Grizodubovoy, Kosenkova, Kuibyshev, Chelyuskintsev, and Rokossovsky streets. Additional sites include Volodarsky, Beethoven, Chkalov, Sharonova, Molodogvardeyskaya, and Vzletnaya, as well as Komkov, Putilov, and Energetikov. Crews will focus on filling potholes, levelling sunken pavement sections, and smoothing out cracks. Hundreds of sites have been identified for urgent work. The list spans multiple districts, ensuring both busy urban roads and quieter residential areas receive attention before summer begins.

The May 2026 repairs will tackle long-standing issues on Omsk’s roads. By addressing damage across 155 locations, the city aims to improve travel conditions for drivers and pedestrians. Work is expected to proceed according to the published schedule.
