Russia's Radio Industry Gathers in Sochi for Innovation and Networking

The Annual Russian Radio Academy Conference, titled Local Radio: Innovation and Prospects, will take place in Sochi on June 9–10. The event gathers leading professionals from Russia’s top radio companies to discuss industry trends and new technologies. The conference is organised with support from Russia’s Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media. Sessions will focus on successful collaboration between federal and local broadcasters, alongside best practices from regional stations. Monetisation strategies and the use of artificial intelligence in content creation and promotion will also be key topics.

Attendees will have access to the *Radio Days* exhibition space, featuring the latest industry tools. Hands-on masterclasses led by experts will provide practical training. The event will be held at the Pullman Sochi Centre, located at 11A Ordzhonikidze Street.

The conference aims to strengthen ties between broadcasters while exploring new technologies. Industry professionals will share insights on AI, monetisation, and regional success stories. The two-day event offers networking, exhibitions, and expert-led workshops for participants.
