Russian Railways Launches Extra Trains to Black Sea Resorts for Holiday Rush

Russian Railways has added two extra trains to the Krasnodar Region for the extended February weekend. The new services will connect Rostov-on-Don and Moscow with popular Black Sea resorts. Passengers now have more options for travel during the holiday period.

Train No. 599/600 will operate between Rostov-Glavny and Rosa Khutor. It departs Rostov on February 20 at 9:45 p.m. and returns from Rosa Khutor on February 23 at 7:47 p.m.

Train No. 443/444 will run from Moscow to Anapa, with a stop in Rostov-on-Don. This service leaves Rostov at 2:57 a.m. on February 21 and returns from Anapa on February 22 at 10:40 a.m.

Across the February and March holiday weekends, Russian Railways will run over 4,300 long-distance trains. From February 20–23, there will be 2,200 services, while March 6–9 sees 2,100 trains in operation. No further details on additional routes beyond Krasnodar have been announced.

The new services aim to meet increased demand for travel to Black Sea destinations. Passengers travelling during the February and March weekends will have more schedule flexibility. Russian Railways has not confirmed plans for extra trains to other regions at this time.
