Sunday Natural Logistics, part of the dietary supplement provider Sunday Natural Products, has signed a long-term lease for a new logistics facility in Viersen-Mackenstein. The deal covers 8,340 square metres of space and was arranged by BNP Paribas Real Estate Düsseldorf. The leased unit includes 6,820 square metres of warehouse space, along with 700 square metres for offices and social areas. An additional 820 square metres of mezzanine storage is also part of the agreement. Construction of the multi-tenant property is underway near the A61 and A52 highways, ensuring quick access to major markets.
The facility is set to open in the second quarter of 2026. Igor Matus, Managing Director of Sunday Natural Logistics GmbH, highlighted the company’s commitment to high quality standards and transparency in its operations. Meanwhile, a second unit of around 9,140 square metres remains available for lease. Aconlog, the developer, reports strong demand for modern, sustainable logistics spaces across North Rhine-Westphalia.
The new site will support Sunday Natural’s distribution network once completed in 2026. The company’s investment reflects ongoing growth in the region’s logistics sector. A second unit in the same facility is still open for potential tenants.
