Ust-Kamenogorsk Welcomes Three New Modern Trams to Its Fleet

The Ust-Kamenogorsk Tram Depot has taken delivery of three new modern trams. These vehicles mark the latest addition to the city's growing rail transport fleet. Over the past three years, ten new cars have been introduced to improve services. The trams were assembled in Belarus. Each features low floors to assist passengers with limited mobility. They also come with 36 seats and space for up to 130 passengers in total.

Safety and comfort are central to the design. The trams include air conditioning, video surveillance cameras, and advanced safety systems. These upgrades aim to enhance the travel experience for all users. Regional authorities have confirmed plans to keep renewing the fleet. The goal is to boost environmental sustainability across the network. The new trams represent a step forward in modernising public transport in the city.
