In the Ministry noted that the opening of the new air communication was preceded by talks between the aviation authorities of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, which took place on August 14, 2025. Within the framework of the talks, an agreement was reached on the further expansion of the legal base for the implementation of international flights between the two countries.
Launch of air communication will contribute to the further strengthening of business, trade and economic and tourist cooperation between the countries, - it is said in the message.
The Ministry of Transport also stated that the work on expanding the geography of international air routes and increasing the frequency of flights on existing destinations is carried out on a permanent basis.
