Cadillac Launches Electric Vehicles in Brazil Ahead of F1 Grand Prix

Cadillac is expanding into Brazil with a focus on electric vehicles. The brand will open three Experience Centers in Brasília, Curitiba, and São Paulo before the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix in November. These centres will showcase only electric models as the company prepares for its first sales in the country.

The American luxury brand entered the Brazilian market with three fully electric vehicles: the OPTIQ, LYRIQ, and VISTIQ. Sales are set to begin this summer, with deliveries expected before the Grand Prix in November.

Brazil’s fuel market relies heavily on ethanol blends, which makes electric cars an appealing alternative. Cadillac’s move aligns with this trend, offering zero-emission options to local buyers. The new Experience Centers will serve as key locations for customers to explore the vehicles. Their opening coincides with Cadillac’s debut in the Formula 1 Brazilian Grand Prix, marking the team’s first appearance at the event.

Cadillac’s electric lineup will be available for purchase ahead of the Grand Prix. The Experience Centers will provide a dedicated space for potential buyers to test and learn about the models. Deliveries are scheduled to begin before the race in November.
