Adamastor Furia: Portugal's €1.6M Track-Inspired Hypercar Unleashed in Limited Run

A new hypercar has entered the ultra-exclusive market with the launch of the Adamastor Furia. Limited to just 60 units, this Portuguese-built machine blends track-inspired design with extreme performance. Priced from €1.6 million (around NZ$3.15 million), it targets collectors seeking raw speed and cutting-edge engineering.

The Furia’s design takes clear inspiration from modern track hypercars, featuring a tightly wrapped central cabin and Formula One-style details. At the rear, a large carbon-fibre diffuser channels airflow, while the overall shape pushes aerodynamic boundaries. In track specification, it generates up to 1799kg of downforce at 250km/h.

Under the skin, the Furia shares its 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 with the Ford GT. Here, it produces 485kW and 571Nm, propelling the car from 0 to 100km/h in roughly 3.5 seconds. Top speed in road-legal form reaches 300km/h. Performance is further sharpened by adjustable double-wishbone suspension and AP Racing brakes, ensuring track-ready handling. With only 60 examples planned, the Furia joins a select group of ultra-low-volume hypercars. Its arrival also marks Portugal’s entry into this elite automotive sector, offering a rare alternative to established brands.

The Adamastor Furia combines extreme aerodynamics, a proven V6 engine, and track-focused engineering in a strictly limited package. Priced at €1.6 million before taxes, it offers performance figures to rival the world’s fastest road cars. Production will begin soon, with all 60 units likely destined for private collections.
