Electra's Easter deal slashes EV charging costs across Europe
Electra is rolling out an Easter promotion at its fast-charging stations across Europe. From April 2 to 9, 2026, electric vehicle drivers can claim digital bonus codes at all 26 of the company's German hubs—and other European locations. The offer includes discounts and free charging credit to encourage easier access to public charging. Drivers have two ways to benefit from the promotion. They can either get a 50% discount on their next two charging sessions or receive a €10 credit for future use. The standard discount runs until April 16, while the €10 credit—distributed via 500 golden codes—remains valid until July 9, 2026.
During charging, a countdown will appear on the credit card terminal, prompting users to activate their bonus. The odds of receiving a golden code stand at 1 in 100. New app users can also join by downloading the Electra app through a QR code and activating their bonus within it. The promotion targets simplicity, making fast charging more straightforward for electric vehicle owners. All of Electra's German hubs participate, though the exact locations—such as major cities or transport routes—have not been disclosed.
The Easter offer runs for a week, with discounts and credits available until mid-July. Drivers can claim their bonuses directly at charging stations or through the app. Electra aims to streamline public charging with this limited-time incentive.
