Kia Germany Celebrates Top Dealerships for Sales and Customer Excellence in 2026

Kia Germany has honoured twelve of its top dealerships at the 2026 Retailer Conference. The awards recognised outstanding achievements in sales, service, and customer experience. Winners were selected based on performance in electric vehicle sales, service quality, and digital reputation.

The dealerships received prizes across four key categories. Autohaus Grund in Berga took home the Sales Satisfaction Award for its strong sales figures. Meanwhile, Autohaus Bleker in Münster stood out for having the highest proportion of electric vehicles in its total Kia sales.

DS Automobile in Lampertheim-Hofheim earned the Customer Experience Award. The dealership achieved a Reputation Score of 943 points, the highest in its category. Another winner, Autohaus Christ in Ansbach, was praised for exceptional customer satisfaction in service.

The awards reflect Kia's focus on both sales growth and customer care. Dealerships were assessed on their ability to deliver high standards in digital engagement, service efficiency, and overall buyer experience.
